At Long Island Farm School, families connect through hands-on farm experiences, nature-based learning, and community-centered events. Our offerings include Mommy & Me classes, seasonal field trips, parent social hours, and homeschool paperwork support, all designed to help children explore animals, agriculture, and the outdoors alongside their caregivers.
Based on Long Island and rooted in real farm experiences, our programs create meaningful opportunities for families to learn, play, and grow together in nature.
Little Sprout & Me
Little Sprout & Me is a one-hour caregiver-and-me farm experience for young children and their grown-ups. These hands-on classes and field trips feature rotating themes, seasonal activities, and up-close animal encounters. Based in Manorville, NY and traveling to farms across Suffolk County, Little Sprout & Me offers toddlers and preschoolers a fun, nature-based way to explore Long Island agriculture together.

Parents After Pastures: Parent Social Hour with Long Island Farm School
Our Parent Social Hour with Long Island Farm School is a casual, adults-only social mixer designed to bring parents and caregivers together beyond the classroom. Hosted at a local Long Island venue, this relaxed gathering invites families to connect, share stories, and build community in an easy, come-as-you-are setting.
